- gunzip -c rrdtool-1.3rc9.tar.gz | tar xf -
- cd rrdtool-1.3rc9

Ok, this was very optimistic. This try will probably have ended with
tcl setups that would prevent rrdtool from building if they are included in
their current state.

./configure --prefix=$INSTALL_DIR --disable-tcl --disable-python
$MAKE clean
