debian/enblend.install: Fixed a typo.

s/enfuse/enblend/ ... d'oh!

Renamed source package to "enblend-enfuse" and added binary package "enfuse".

 * Upstream renamed the source package in the same way.
 * Use dh_install.
 * Do not rename the top level source directory when repacking.

Improved the description of enfuse.

01-unnecessary-libs.patch: Do not add any X related libs at all.

On Debian, we don't need to link enblend/enfuse against any X libs.

debian/changelog: Fixed a minor typo.

debian/rules: Remove rebuilt documentation files.

Uploading to experimental because of the Lenny freeze.

Added debian/patches-repack/01-unnecessary-libs.patch.

This removes unnecessary libs from the linker flags. Based on a patch by
Andreas.

debian/rules: Added get-orig-source target.

This target uses uscan to download and repack the upstream tarball using
debian/bin/uscan_repack.sh. This script removes src/win32helpers, *.sln and
*.vcproj from the upstream sources. It then applies all patches in
debian/patches-repack/ and rebuilds the autotools build system.

debian/patches-repack/00-win32helpers.patch has been added to remove
src/win32helpers/, *.sln and *.vcproj from the build scripts.

Updated watch file.

The new upstream package is called enblend-enfuse.

Added license information for m4/ax_check_gl{,u,ut}.m4.

The license has been clarified by Braden McDaniel during a private E-mail
conversation.

enfuse-focus-stacking license also clarified on the hugin-ptx list.

Added license information for doc/enfuse-focus-stacking.{info,texi}.

The license has been clarified by C. Spiel in a private E-mail conversation.

Updated standards-version to 3.8.0.
