Subject: Use cursor-tweak-move.xpm for all object modes and cursor-color.xpm

Use cursor-tweak-move.xpm for all object modes and cursor-color.xpm
for color paint mode until someone creates new cursors. This at least
gives consistency as to which cursor is used in each mode.
