libvirtstats plugin: Added a plugin to collect virtual host statistics.
- rebased to git
- includes updates to the manpage
- ignorelist code now fixed
- removed debugging messages
Attached is a plugin allowing collectd to use libvirt to collect CPU, disk and
network statistics for domains.
