Fixes for Mac OS X packaging for 0.47:
- Make sure gtk2-clearlooks engine is installed when builing package.
- Copy $LIBPREFIX/share/mime data into the App bundle.
- Set the XDG_DATA_DIRS environment variable during startup script to
point to Resources/share/mime in the App bundle.
