Documentation: Allow custom diff tools to be specified in 'diff.tool'
Apart from the list of "valid values", 'diff.tool' can take any value,
provided there is a corresponding 'difftool.<tool>.cmd' option. Also,
describe this option just before the 'difftool.*' options.
