   8 is a system used by <a href="http://www.switch.ch/">SWITCH</a> for
   9 measurements of our external network traffic.  One of its products are
  10 graphs which represent, for each external connection, the protocol
  11 distribution of traffic over time.  The example graph shows the
  12 traffic distribution on our connection to UUnet (our main US transit
  13 provider) over a period of a week.  The "positive" part of the graph
  14 shows incoming traffic (what we receive from the US), the "negative"
  15 part corresponds to outgoing traffic (what we send them). </P>
