collection4 (4.0.0-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * Initial release (Closes: #597275).
  * Uploading to experimental, since this is still an alpha release and work-
    in-progress.
  * Install into /usr/{share,lib}/collection4/.
  * debian/patches:
    - Added css-js-path.dpatch to adjust the path to CSS and JavaScript files.
  * debian/rules:
    - Add -lm to LDFLAGS to work around a problem in the upstream build
      system.
  * debian/source/format:
    - Use format 1.0 for now.
  * debian/apache.conf:
    - Added configuration for Apache.
